For A Day in Her Shoes, mentorship is a key component. Having someone that has “been there, done that” is important as you break-in your new shoe. Your mentor will help you fine-tune your skills, check-in regularly, create industry opportunities, provide encouragement, demonstrate leadership, and connect you is critically important. When you register, if you are a seasoned in your career, consider being a mentor. If you are curious about a new profession or industry, consider being mentored. Throughout the event, we have created opportunities for you to meet and connect and throughout the year we will be checking in.
